So for a few days my TV has been saying there’s a problem acquiring a signal. My roommate also has a box under the account and hers is working fine so I don’t think it’s the dish. I called Dish and went through their troubleshooting stuff but it didn’t do anything. They said they could have a technician come out and look at it but I don’t really have the dollars it would take to have them come look at my box. Does anyone have another idea as to what could be wrong with it that I could try fixing? I’m not very handy but I’d appreciate any advice.
Ohh and on the lower left hand corner of the box it has the numbers 322. Not sure what that is but the lady at Dish asked for it.
